Ron Walker was one of the best Great Britain weightlifters from Yorkshire, with 26 British Heavyweight records behind him. Some of his best-known records include two hands snatch of almost 300 pounds and one hand snatches of more than 200 pounds. Even though he was often ot of work and smoked heavily, Ron had an amazing strength & body composition. His back muscles were particularly thick from coal shoveling job!
This course contains eight lessons, but unfortunately lessons 5,6 and 7 are missing. The first lesson explains ten essential workouts you can try out right now, since there is no need for any equipment - except your body. All other lessons are focused on numerous dumbbell exercises and their variety should last you life time, as long as dumbbell workouts are concerned.
